Hoskins Electric Company is a privately held independent electrical contractor based out of Austin Texas, specializing in residential and light commercial wiring.
Fred W. Hoskins started his electrical business in 1973 in a rented garage with one pickup; he formed Hoskins Electric and incorporated in 1977. By 2006 Hoskins Electric had grown to a staff of 118 licensed electricians, which included 6 State of Texas licensed Master Electricians and 59 State of Texas licensed Journeymen.
We credit our growth and success to our dedication and commitment to providing quality service at a fair price to each and every one of our customers; and as a result, Hoskins Electric is the largest residential electrical contractor in the Austin Metropolitan area.
Striving to constantly be an innovator in our industry, Mr. Hoskins established S&H Lighting Concepts in 2000 to provide light fixtures and ceiling fans to our builders. We carry product lines such as Savant, Volume, Savoy, Hunter and many others. This partnership enables Hoskins Electric to provide an unsurpassed level of customer service to our customers by streamlining the scheduling and installation of light fixtures.
